Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

This Return and Refund Policy explains the cancellation, refund, transfer, and credit terms that apply to products, programs, events, memberships, subscriptions, advisory services, and other offerings purchased from Niran Kulathungam (“Niran Kulathungam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this policy, together with any additional terms presented on the applicable checkout, registration, proposal, or service agreement.

1. General Policy

Because many of our offerings involve digital content, reserved professional time, limited program capacity, or immediate access to proprietary resources, purchases are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy, in the applicable offer terms, or as required by law.

Before purchasing, please carefully review:

  • The description of the product or service;

  • The program schedule and delivery format;

  • Technical and participation requirements;

  • Pricing and payment terms;

  • Eligibility requirements;

  • Cancellation deadlines; and

  • Any offer-specific refund terms.

A separate written service, advisory, coaching, event, or program agreement may contain different cancellation or refund terms. Where a separate agreement applies, its terms will take priority over this general policy.

2. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

Digital products may include:

  • Guides;

  • Checklists;

  • Audits;

  • Templates;

  • Toolkits;

  • Worksheets;

  • Reports;

  • Recorded presentations;

  • Video or audio resources; and

  • Other downloadable materials.

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital access, purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable once:

  • The download link has been delivered;

  • The file has been downloaded;

  • Access has been granted; or

  • The digital content has otherwise been made available.

A refund may be considered when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase;

  • The purchased file cannot be accessed because of a verified technical problem on our side;

  • The product delivered is materially different from the product described at the time of purchase; or

  • A refund is required by applicable law.

You must report a technical or delivery issue within seven days of purchase so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve it.

3. Online Courses and Self-Paced Programs

Unless different terms are displayed during registration, you may request a refund for an online course or self-paced program within *seven calendar days of purchase, provided that:

  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course or program;

  • You have not downloaded a substantial portion of the materials;

  • You have not completed or received a personalized assessment, review, consultation, or feedback session; and

  • You have not violated our Terms and Conditions.

No refund will normally be provided after the seven-day period or after substantial course content has been accessed or downloaded.

When a course includes immediately downloadable bonuses, proprietary assessments, private consultations, or personalized services, the value of any accessed or completed component may be deducted from an approved refund where permitted by law.

4. Live Programs, Workshops, and Group Coaching

Registrations for live workshops, group coaching programs, intensives, masterclasses, and similar programs may be cancelled under the following terms unless otherwise stated during registration:

Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before the Start Date

You may request:

  • A refund, less any clearly disclosed administrative or payment-processing costs;

  • A credit toward another eligible offering; or

  • A transfer of the registration to another eligible participant, subject to approval.

Cancellation Between 7 and 14 Days Before the Start Date

You may request a credit toward another eligible offering.

Cash refunds are generally not available during this period unless required by law.

Cancellation Fewer Than 7 Days Before the Start Date

Payments are non-refundable because program capacity, preparation, staffing, and resources will already have been committed.

At our discretion, you may be offered a transfer or partial credit in exceptional circumstances.

After a Program Has Started

No refund will normally be provided after the program has started.

Failure to attend, participate, complete assignments, or use available resources does not create an entitlement to a refund.

5. Events and Speaking Engagements

Tickets and registrations for live, virtual, or in-person events are non-refundable unless:

  • The event is cancelled by us;

  • The event is materially rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date;

  • The event terms expressly provide a refund option; or

  • A refund is required by law.

A participant substitution may be permitted when requested before the event and approved by us.

Travel, accommodation, meals, transportation, visa costs, and other expenses incurred in connection with an event are your responsibility. We are not responsible for those expenses if an event is cancelled, postponed, relocated, or modified, except where otherwise required by law.

6. Advisory, Consulting, and Coaching Services

Advisory, consulting, coaching, strategy, and private-session fees reserve professional time and may involve preparation before a scheduled meeting.

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise:

  • Deposits and onboarding fees are non-refundable;

  • Completed sessions and delivered services are non-refundable;

  • Work already performed will be deducted from any amount approved for refund;

  • Fees for assessments, research, preparation, or customized materials are non-refundable once that work has begun; and

  • Unused prepaid services may be eligible for a credit or partial refund, subject to the applicable agreement.

Rescheduling a Session

You may request to reschedule a private session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.

Requests made with fewer than 48 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation, and the session may be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee.

Missed Sessions

A missed session or failure to attend without notice is non-refundable.

We may make reasonable exceptions for verified emergencies at our discretion.

7. Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships and subscriptions may renew automatically at the interval disclosed during registration, such as monthly or annually.

You may cancel a future renewal by following the cancellation instructions provided through your account or by contacting us at [email protected] before the next billing date.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges;

  • Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already processed;

  • No prorated refund is provided for a partially used billing period;

  • You will normally retain access until the end of the paid billing period; and

  • Failure to use the membership or subscription does not qualify you for a refund.

You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Refund requests involving an unauthorized, duplicate, or incorrect charge must be submitted promptly after the charge appears.

8. Payment Plans

When you select a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase price in scheduled instalments. A payment plan is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cancelling participation, failing to attend, or discontinuing use of an offering does not automatically cancel the remaining payment obligations.

If a refund is approved:

  • Amounts already paid may first be applied to services, sessions, content, resources, or benefits already received;

  • Any remaining approved balance may be refunded or credited; and

  • Future instalments may be cancelled where provided by the applicable offer terms or required by law.

Failed or overdue payments may result in suspended access, additional collection activity, or termination of participation, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.

9. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Products and services purchased through:

  • Limited-time promotions;

  • Special offers;

  • Discount codes;

  • Bundled packages;

  • Scholarships;

  • Promotional credits; or

  • Clearance or final-sale offers

may be designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

A refund or credit will not exceed the amount actually paid.

Discounts, credits, and promotional pricing cannot be converted to cash.

10. Bonuses and Bundled Offers

When a purchase includes bonuses or multiple bundled products or services, the bundle is treated as a single purchase unless otherwise stated.

If a partial refund is approved, we may deduct the stated or reasonable value of:

  • Downloaded materials;

  • Accessed courses;

  • Completed sessions;

  • Assessments;

  • Event tickets;

  • Membership access;

  • Personalized work; and

  • Other benefits already delivered.

11. Technical Issues

Before requesting a refund because of a technical issue, please contact us and provide:

  • Your name and purchase email;

  • The name of the product or program;

  • A description of the problem;

  • The device and browser being used; and

  • Screenshots or error messages, where available.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, replace a damaged file, provide an alternate format, or resolve the issue.

A technical issue caused by your device, software, Internet connection, email settings, security settings, or failure to meet stated system requirements does not automatically qualify for a refund.

12. Changes, Postponements, and Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to an offering, including changes to:

  • Dates or times;

  • Speakers or facilitators;

  • Delivery platforms;

  • Program sequence;

  • Supporting materials;

  • Venues; or

  • Content that does not materially alter the core offering.

If we cancel an offering and do not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled option, you will generally receive:

  • A refund of the amount paid for the cancelled portion; or

  • A credit toward another offering, with your agreement.

If an offering is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will ordinarily transfer to the new date. When the change is material and you cannot reasonably attend, you may contact us to request an available refund, credit, or transfer option.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay, interruption, postponement, modification, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Public-health emergencies;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Labour disruptions;

  • Power or Internet failures;

  • Platform outages;

  • Travel disruptions;

  • Illness or emergencies;

  • Civil unrest; or

  • Other unforeseen events.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide an alternative date, delivery method, replacement session, recording, transfer, or credit.

14. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund, cancellation, transfer, or credit, email: [email protected]

Include:

  • Your full name;

  • The email address used for the purchase;

  • The product, program, event, or service purchased;

  • The purchase date;

  • The order or transaction number, if available;

  • The reason for the request; and

  • Any supporting documentation.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

We will review the request based on this policy, the applicable offer terms, the services or content already delivered, and applicable law.

15. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Once a refund has been submitted, we do not control how quickly the amount appears in your account.

Payment-processing or currency-conversion fees charged by an external provider may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange-rate fluctuations.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Submitting a chargeback for a valid and authorized purchase without first making a reasonable effort to resolve the matter may result in:

  • Suspension of access;

  • Cancellation of an account or registration;

  • Collection of outstanding amounts; or

  • Submission of relevant purchase and access records to the payment provider.

Nothing in this section limits your lawful rights to dispute an unauthorized or improper transaction.

17. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes a cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law gives you rights that are more favourable than this policy, the applicable law will govern.

18. Policy Changes

We may update this Return and Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The revised policy will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.

The policy in effect on the date of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a later change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
